Return and Exchange Policy for Perishable Foods
According to Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the “Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal for Distance Transactions” Guidelines: Products that are “prone to spoilage, have a short shelf life, or are close to expiration at the time of contract termination” fall under the reasonable exceptions mentioned in the proviso to Paragraph 1, Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act.
From January 1, 2016, fresh food items are not covered under the 7-day appreciation period stipulated by the Consumer Protection Act. Return requests will only be accepted for products with defects or damage caused during shipping.
For non-defective fresh food items, returns or exchanges cannot be processed.
